Lyzon Engineering & Services, Lda, is a company specialized in the supply of Electrical, Instrumentation, HVAC Automation, Installation and Maintenance in the area of Low and Medium Voltage Electricity, General Mechanics and Solar Photovoltaic System, Civil Construction and Engineering.

Recognizing that quality, health, safety at work and protection of the environment are fundamental pillars for sustainable development and organizational success, Lyzon Engineering & Services, Lda, is committed to implementing, maintaining and continuously improving the integrated management system (IMS) in compliance with the requirements of the standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.

A Lyzon Engineering & Services, Lda, undertakes to carry out its activities with ethics, integrity, transparency and responsibility, adopting a policy of zero tolerance regarding any form of corruption, bribery, fraud or illicit practice.

  • 1. This Policy applies to all employees, administrators, consultants, suppliers, service providers, commercial partners and other third parties who act on behalf of Lyzon Engineering & Services.

(d)

Safe Reporting

To ensure that relationships with clients, suppliers, partners and public entities are conducted in an integral and impartial manner; providing safe mechanisms for reporting suspected irregularities, guaranteeing confidentiality and protection against retaliation.

Impartial Investigation

To investigate all complaints impartially and apply the appropriate disciplinary and legal measures whenever non-compliance with this Policy is verified.

Enforcement — Serious Matter

Violations and Sanctions

Failure to comply with this Policy constitutes a serious infringement and may result in the application of disciplinary measures, termination of contracts and other sanctions provided for under applicable legislation.
